How to Order
Wholesale customers
If you would like to make a wholesale order, contact me (207.899.6848 or Davida@daletdesigns.com) and I will send you information for setting up a wholesale account.
Retail Customers
payment
All purchases within the state of Maine will be charged a 5% sales tax. I accept payments through Paypal, which will also accept your major credit card purchases (even if you don't have a Paypal account). I also accept personal checks and money orders. Please note that if you pay by check your jewelry will be shipped after the funds have cleared from the bank.
shipping/delivery
Standard domestic (1lb. or less) and priority (more than 1lb.) shipping is done through the USPO. Delivery times will vary, but estimate 2-3 working days to get your order.
Second day and next day air are shipped via UPS. Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Next day air is also shipped via UPS. Your package will be delivered before 10:30 am the next day. Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes.
insurance
Both the USPO and UPS provide insurance for loss or damage, included in the shipping costs, up to $100. If you are purchasing more than $100 worth of jewelry I will provide the additional insurance coverage for your purchases.
returns
If you are not satisfied, for any reason with the jewelry you ordered, please contact me within 30 days, either by email:info@daletdesigns.com or phone: 207.899.6848. I will gladly refund your money or offer an alternative as long as the jewelry is in its original condition. If you are sending a piece back to me you will be responsible for shipping costs.
